Ingredients (4 servings baked oats, use 1 for bowl)

For the baked oats (makes 4 servings, use 1 here):

  • 1 packet Kreatures of Habit Apple Cinnamon Oats

  • ¼ cup oat flour

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • ½ shredded carrots

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

  • 2 tbsp honey


For the bowl (1 serving):

  • 1 baked oat square (from above)

  • 1 cup nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • 1 tbsp raisins

  • 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

  • 1 tsp honey drizzle


Instructions

  1. Make the baked oats:

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Blend together Kreatures of Habit packet, oat flour, carrots, almond milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and honey until smooth.

    • Pour into a greased 8x8 baking dish.

    • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until set and golden.

    • Let cool and slice into 4 squares.

  2. Assemble the bowl:

    • Place 1 baked oat square in a bowl.

    • Top with Greek yogurt.

    • Add almond butter, raisins, walnuts, and drizzle with honey.
