High Protein Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of maple syrup
2 teaspoons of coconut oil
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup oat flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 scoops of Transparent Labs Milk Chocolate protein powder
1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
Yield: 10 servings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
Add the eggs, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup and melted coconut oil. Whisk until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, oat flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Don't overmix.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips over the top.
Bake for 25-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Slice into 10 servings and enjoy!
