High Protein Chocolate Chip Banana Bread


Slice of high protein banana bread and tub of protein powder

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes


Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cups oat flour

  • 2 scoops Chocolate Chip Banana Bread protein powder from Transparent Labs

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 3 ripe bananas (mashed)

  • 2 tbs  honey

  • ½ cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips


Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in small bowl.

  2. Add to oiled loaf pan.

  3. Bake at 400F for 45 minutes.

Macro per slice (8 slices):

  • Calories: ~145

  • Protein: ~7.5g

  • Carbs: ~19g

  • Fat: ~4.5g
